Justin O’Brien Named Vice Chair of the Life Sciences Group for the American Bar Association's Health Law Section


Justin O’Brien has been appointed the Vice Chair of the Life Sciences Interest Group for the ABA's Health Law Section. The Life Sciences Interest Group focuses on a wide spectrum of regulation affecting the life science industry, including medical research, drug and device development, product lifecycle issues, clinical outcomes and ethics.

The Life Sciences Interest Group broadly serves members advising or interested in pharmaceutical, medical device and clinical research organizations and academic medical centers. This group serves as a resource to the Health Law Section of the ABA regarding developments broadly affecting the regulations in the life science industry.  The Health Law Section of the ABA appeals to lawyers of all levels from corporate, litigation, white-collar, government and other backgrounds.
