The Dwyer & Collora Foundation was established in 2006  to honor the memory of the Honorable Thomas E. Dwyer.  When he joined the law firm of Dwyer & Collora, LLP in 1988, Judge Dwyer brought with him a vision and proven track record of providing legal services to those in need.  In keeping with this noble goal, the partners of Dwyer & Collora, LLP established the Dwyer & Collora Foundation to carry forward the principles and ideals that Judge Dwyer held so dear throughout his distinguished career.  Click here for a press release regarding the foundation dedication event.

The Dwyer & Collora Foundation made its inaugural gift to Community Resources for Justice in 2007. Judge Dwyer firmly believed that resources should be dedicated to help inmates make the difficult transition back into society.  Made in honor of  Judge Dwyer, this gift continues his work. Judge Dwyer believed that initiatives of this sort can and will reduce crime in our communities by creating a framework for inmates to obtain work, raise families, participate in the community and, most importantly, serve as role models for others at risk. 

Dwyer & Collora, LLP is very proud to be one of the only firms of its size to adopt a formal foundation and to so publicly demonstrate the partners commitment to serving and supporting all people who deserve justice and proper representation.
